Critical: Professionalism, QualityI made my appointment in advance as I know they are busy and when I walked in they were very unprofessional and acting like a bothered them. The acrylic was very poorly done and they’re VERY uneven. She then kept saying she didn’t like the color I picked- which was black??? Didn’t say a word but was discussing buying a car with someone. She also only took 20 minutes to do a whole manicure. No trimming cuticles or anything but charged $65. I made my appointment in advance as I know they are busy and when I walked in they were very unprofessional and acting like a bothered them. The acrylic was very poorly done and they’re VERY uneven. Qui is the girl you want! She is awesome with nails. There is a guy who is so rude (can’t remember his name) there I don’t recommend him. Even if you don’t like what he is doing he will keep doing it and argue. Unfortunately they do need to work more on their customer service

I had the same thing happen the last time I got my acrylics done here but I decided to give them one for try because I love the way they do designs but this is just not ok. I have never had my nails chip before or start lifting this soon ! I had the same thing happen the last time I got my acrylics done here but I decided to give them one for try because I love the way they do designs but this is just not ok. I have never had my nails chip before or start lifting this soon ! I like taking my daughter her for pedicures I think I’ll just stick to that.

I came here with the intention to book them for my bridal party’s nail day next summer (party of 7 womens mani and pedi’s). They offer a wide variety of services at fair prices. I was especially happy with the range of pedicures they offer and the fact that they give you a priced menu to choose from. However, you’d think letting them know you’re planning on booking them for a wedding party, they’d try their best at a good impression. The man who did my manicure/full set was very unfocused (he sat closest to the door). He made calls to his credit card company, even put the calls on speaker phone for the store to hear his transaction history. No shame. My full set was very uneven at the cuticle and ranged in length. I ended up reshaping them myself. Some nails were very thick, some at the perfect point of thickness (I asked for thin but sturdy). I think if he had focused more on his job, the set would’ve turned out nicely. The woman who seemed to be the owner made no attempt to greet any of her customers. Said nothing to her current customers for the 3 hours we were there, and was dressed very unprofessionally in a very revealing silk jumper that seemed meant for the bedroom; with the bottom section riding up, I was unnerved. The pedicure was amaazzzzzzing when it came to the leg and foot massage, which is my main reason for giving any stars. However, she spent very little time shaping the toenails (shapes were varied- round, squared, and square with rounded corners), meteocre detailing (scrubbing, shaving, cleaning- and I always clean my feet before a pedicure just to be respectful). My gel polish was so caked on, that it was lifting and peeling within two days. I have NEVER, NEVER had an experience with peeling gel polish after a mani or pedi. Never. I mean, isnt that what we pay the extra for? The decor consisted mostly of meteocre modeling photos of maybe a family member? Anyhow,
