Came here with my daughter to treat her to a set of acrylics and us both to pedicures. Most of their popular colors were out. I chose not to get a color and she seemed aggravated. She told me she would charge me for gel anyways because she applied a base coat of gel. (Probably cost her .15c but cost my business for sure). Rude and they seem like they just want to hurry us through to get my precious $100+. I will never come here again. They just seemed like they don’t care. Why am I paying my hard earned money to be treated that way every month. Forget that…

Booked an appointment for dip nail and pedicure… I’m not pleased with my nails. Super thick, no cuticle care, uneven buffing. A woman walked in during my appointment and the techs ignored her until she left. There were also several phone calls while I was there and they did not answer anyone. Now that’s it’s been a couple days after my appointment, my top coat has also began to peel.

They couldnt give me what I was looking for as much as I asked them in which ways they could do it. They were really friendly and she did try to help me look for the color I was looking for, but I was disappointed for not getting what I wanted. It looks like a very nice place, it is very quiet and it is somewhat small but still not too small.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThis was my first time at fashion nails and it was absolutely horrible. I came to this place based on the good Google reviews, but was severely disappointed. The place was not clean, there were flies everywhere and a bad odor. I got a gel pedicure which was mediocre and dip powder on my natural nails. The manicure was the worst I’ve ever had. The guy doing my nails did not do anything with my cuticles, ruined my natural nail shape, and made me bleed when buffing. The color I chose looked completely different on my nail than the swatch and when I asked for a different color, they put my whole hand in hot acetone which COMPLETELY dried out my skin horribly. After the manicure was done, I noticed my nails were super thick with the powder and were bumpy. Horrible experience and I will not be returning. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was really great. I had the sweetest lady do my feet. Overall a nice staff and very good quality of work.
