Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueIf I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service was trash. Workers there were not really friendly and didn’t feel inviting. I called in the day before to make an appointment for 10:00 am. I show up at around 9:55 and they ask me what I want, and I told them acrylic nails. They then tell me to sit down and wait and I did. Then one of the dudes told me to show a lady the nail design I wanted, because he told me that she would be the one doing my nails. The lady starts doing another customer’s nails who walked in about 10 minutes after me. I walk up to the lady who was supposed to do my nails and I tell her I made an appointment for 10:00am. Then she tells me “oh he is going to help you” and she is pointing to a dude who is doing things around the store and not even wearing a mask. Then after a few minutes of waiting me and my boyfriend were about to get up and leave and that’s when the dude who was supposed to do my nails tells me that he will help us. He finally sits down and ask me what design I want and starts filing my nails, not even wearing a mask. I asked for a different nail design before he even started putting nails on and he said he doesn’t have that color. So I just ended up leaving, it was not worth it the customer service was trash If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service was trash. If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service was trash. Workers there were not really friendly and didn’t feel inviting. I called in the day before to make an appointment for 10:00 am. This past time all I asked for was the gel polish to be removed on my toes and they seated 3 other people that showed up AFTER me without even acknowledging me. I waited a total of 45 minutes before leaving. I’m not coming back here. I usually come here and they do a decent job but they always end up breaking so I end up somewhere else to get them fixed. This past time all I asked for was the gel polish to be removed on my toes and they seated 3 other people that showed up AFTER me without even acknowledging me. I waited a total of 45 minutes before leaving. I’m not coming back here. They need new management
