Critical: QualityI’ve had issues with them in the past I get pointed nails and they are always uneven. I’ve asked so many times to get them fixed and they Never do it right always have to file them when I get home. Today I went in and wanted the marble they have displayed in there and I waited about an hour an a half just to get sat down which they weren’t that busy. When I finally got sat down they ripped my dipped nails off instead of soaking them which hurt and is damaging to the nails themselves. Finally got someone to do my nails and the person who did them cut about 3-4 of my fingers with the file. I understand accidents happened but this is the 2nd time I’ve went this has happened with the same person. What I wanted was marble nails and did not get that because the girl kept messing up and couldn’t get it right after 10+ tires and was putting acid-tone on the cut after being there for almost 3 hours I was done and told her to stop just leave them white. I know she felt bad and put black lines on the tips of them to make them some what better. I do think they are cute but it’s not what I wanted and I still had to pay full price… not happy. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHannah was great! Although the prices were a bit high, it was worth it ! I love these nails and will be back.

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityFirst time and needed my brows done. She was quick and friendly. No complaints she did a good job. They were friendly and helpful with my daughter in doing her nails. (Being a kid) Think I’ll have to return.
