Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt was my first time getting my nails done in 4 years so I forgot what to say besides manicure. I wanted acrylic nails but couldn’t think of the name at time and it’s not like they have a paper with prices to look at to help you out. The woman who did my nails was rude and talked about me while doing my nails; put the wrong size nails on my fingers as well so I went elsewhere to fix them up. Won’t be back. It was my first time getting my nails done in 4 years so I forgot what to say besides manicure. I wanted acrylic nails but couldn’t think of the name at time and it’s not like they have a paper with prices to look at to help you out. My first time visiting and he rushed on my nails, first impressions are VITAL! Was noticing others nail jobs and they looked absolutely great! Maybe I just had a bad nail tech whom was just ready to get off. I may give them a chance one more time ONLY because of what I saw. Just will not let him do my nails ever again.

I do not recommend this nail salon. Customer service is extremely lacking, to say the least. Also, there is very poor attention to detail. I had large clumps of polish on several of my nails and watched the nail tech (Nikki) paint right over it multiple times. Only when I asked her to redo those nails did she actually acknowledge that they looked terrible. The finished product was disappointing as well. Don’t waste your time.
