Critical: ProfessionalismJust had my first racial encounter ever at this Nail salon today. This place was recommended to me to try. I was there for an hour and I don’t mind the wait. But, i was the only black woman waiting to be seen. The guy that works there ask who was next everyone including myself said me! He completely ignored me and told the white lady next to me to come on. She told him again and he still told her to come on. The lady apologized to me and I told her it was ok. That was not nice nor professional. I felt really offended but I left respectfully. Really disappointed in how I was treated…. I wish I could give this place no stars!!! Just had my first racial encounter ever at this Nail salon today. This place was recommended to me to try. I was there for an hour and I don’t mind the wait. But, i was the only black woman waiting to be seen. The guy that works there ask who was next everyone including myself said me! Critical: ProfessionalismI was referred to this buisness from a person who’s nails i complimented. The very talented young lady that does nails has a spirit of jealousy she stood beside the young man while he was seated the entire time he worked on my hand mind you i am a well built first nation American Indian Woman 40 years old with no interest what so ever in Chinese or Japanese men she went so far as to kiss this gentleman in front of me this is her second time doing this. She is threatened by my outer appearance therefore altered the quality of service and took my money while body guarding her man. If this happens again I’m reporting this establishment to the better buisness bureau. If you are that afraid of a beautiful woman walking off with your man you need to stay at home instead of working in fear. Disrespecting beautiful women of brown skin and taking their payments.
