Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I arrived they said it would be approximately a 45 minute wait. I said that’s fine and wrote my name down. Sat outside the salon for 45 minutes waiting my turn for them to take someone else that had just walked in. I stated to them I had been waiting and they said we will get to you after them…pointing at the person that had just walked in. I then said I’m sorry I’ve been here 45 minutes well before them. They didn’t seem to care, so I then told them just mark my name out I’d just go elsewhere.I suggest going to Lux Nails in Joplin! Way more professional. When I arrived they said it would be approximately a 45 minute wait. I said that’s fine and wrote my name down. Sat outside the salon for 45 minutes waiting my turn for them to take someone else that had just walked in. I stated to them I had been waiting and they said we will get to you after them…pointing at the person that had just walked in. I then said I’m sorry I’ve been here 45 minutes well before them. Critical: QualityI got my nails done a week ago for prom and they were matte black acrylics, the matte top coat some how was scratched while wet and he took realized and never fixed it, then the black polish looked messy and on some fingers didn’t cover all the acrylic. Then the matte top coat is splotchy some areas around the edge are glossy. On top of everything else the prep work was minimal my cuticles were never pushed/clipped anything and they are already lifting and if I pay $40+ dollars to get my nails done I wanna keep them on for more than a week. Very disappointed and displeased. I got my nails done a week ago for prom and they were matte black acrylics, the matte top coat some how was scratched while wet and he took realized and never fixed it, then the black polish looked messy and on some fingers didn’t cover all the acrylic. Then the matte top coat is splotchy some areas around the edge are glossy. I got a French tip pedicure and, it’s not pretty. I got my nails done, a full set and it looks like I have on press on nails. It’s not been a full week and they are growing out already and he didn’t even push my cuticles back so it looks like the nails are sitting on top of my skin. I won’t be coming back. I’m new to Pittsburg, and decided to give this nail salon a try! And let’s just I’m not pleased at all! My pedicure looks as if I did it myself. I got a French tip pedicure and, it’s not pretty. I got my nails done, a full set and it looks like I have on press on nails. It’s not been a full week and they are growing out already and he didn’t even push my cuticles back so it looks like the nails are sitting on top of my skin. I won’t be coming back. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been here a couple of times for pedicures. I brought my 7 year old and they were so good with her!! The pedicure was wonderful and lasted over a month.. there was no wait time and the nail techs are so nice!Service: Manicure

And I had just got a fill 2 days ago.
