Absolutely the worst nails I have ever gotten. The gel doesn’t even cover my natural nail bed, I have superglue all over and it literally looks like the nails are fake “press on” nails. I tried to explain but she kept saying “no! It’s ok.” “That’s your skin” NO ITS NOT! I paid $50 and now have to go somewhere else to have them removed and start over. FYI- the Lady that made this mess is at station 3.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I HAD THE LADY TAKE MY NAILS OFF AND REDO THEM AFTER 3 DAYS OF HAVING THEM DONE NOT ONLY DID SHE TAKE 2 HOURS TO DO THEM. SHE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. The photos below are from today after I had to go back for the second time because of 2 nails came completely off. When I walk threw the door today the lady had me sit down she literally she glued one nail on them had another lady sit down next to me and she DID HER COMPLETE FRENCH MANICURE THEN TURNED TO ME AND CLIPPED DOWN MY NAIL. THEN ANOTHER GIRL WALKED IN AND SHS LITERALLY TRIED TO DO HER NAILS WITH OUT FINISHING MY 2 FN NAILS. I TOLD HER THATS NOT HAPPENING THATS WRONG I DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE OTHER LADY. IDK DONT GO HERE WASTED MY MONEY & TIME HORRIBLE PLACE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE IN MY LIFE

They open at 9am, I made an appointment for 9:30 the day before. I get here and everyone is busy, lady told me the person doing my nails at 9:30 is running late. Someone should have waited so they could do my appointment. Unprofessional and will never return.

They messed up the design and when she asked to fix it they told her they couldn’t. She then accepted a cover up and asked to fix the lumps and all the crooked nails and they told her “No, it’s already dry maybe next time”. They messed up the design and when she asked to fix it they told her they couldn’t. I hadn’t been here for a few years but was in town already. Virtually no covid precautions other than plexiglass between customer and tech. I was seated between 2 customers (nothing between us). Once the one to my left was finished the tech took one of her shoes off and began trimming her toenails. About midway of my service a group of 4 came in and were promptly seated. I was asked to move up next to the front door (register area) to accommodate even more customers and was given a new tech. I asked for a nail design that is fairly simple, a little heart on ring finger. It doesn’t look professional in any way. I’m not sure what’s happening in that shop and hesitated to write a review because Cindy has always taken pride in her business, but she was sitting next to the tech that was busy with her toenails. The lack of safety precautions made me feel that the health of customers or staff is not a priority.
