I was on vacation and decided to get my nails redone and went with my grandmother who also got gel manicures. We booked an appointment in advance for 3 PM, and we arrived a little bit before then and waited till 3. Once 3 rolled around we were told that they didn’t have any space to take us at 3 and we could come back at 4:30, as they never sent the confirmation text. Even after we had the 4:30 they never sent the confirmation text. I am proud of my natural nails as they are so long and healthy, and whenever I got gel they were always removed with care. They started by using a drill to remove them which didn’t make a huge difference as it was just the top, and they wrapped it in foils and I figured that like other places, the rest would be scraped off. Instead they used the drill again and my natural nail was damaged and every now and then my finger was filed with the drill- which is as you can expect. Afterwords they filed the edges of my nail to a strange v length which I had not asked nor wanted, but after the first one was done I didn’t want the rest to be mismatched. I had requested nail art, which was simple and required a base color and an accent in a darker color in the abstract squiggles that are trending, and the original nail tech was unable to do so, and I understand some don’t do nail art so I got moved to a different tech. They then proceeded to get a different color for the accent then I originally picked out, which was fine but then I finally found one that worked out well with it. As they were doing it they hadn’t turned the light on after I asked multiple times and my nail polish did not dry and as they applied the top coat it smeared everywhere and was a mess. As they were wiping it off they wiped a good portion on my skin and I now have purple all on my fingers. Once they finished the tried to shape and file it again which gave the bottoms of my nails a jagged, uneven line that was bothersome. Overall I wasn’t the most pleased with my nails, but I was definitely not pleased with the experience and so was my grandmother. Both of us would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I was able to get in last minute for both a pedicure & a gel manicure. My pedicure was one of the best I’ve had. She took her time and really massaged my feet & calfs. It was so relaxing! She was so sweet. My gel manicure with Lisa was also good. I enjoyed my time of conversation with her, she is very good at what she does. I’m always pleased with my nails when I leave there.

I went in to get acrylic nails removed and get a gel polish on my natural nails. When taking the acrylic nails off, one of my natural nails was partly torn off and bleeding. The gel polish manicure that followed was bumpy and left gel polish in multiple places on my fingers. Then they would not take my card and wanted check or cash. Worst nail experience I have ever had. Will not be back and would not recommend.

We had good service by our nail technician, and the quality of nails were nice. But they bit off more than they could chew. They only had maybe 4 workers, but a place full of customers. Our 3 pedicures were done at separate times, and not together. And one of the ladies, I’m assuming is the manager or owner, fought with another lady the whole time.
