So grateful they were able to squeeze me in for a fill and a pedicure on a busy Saturday morning right before a wedding I was in town for! Atmosphere was friendly and light. Shop was clean and techs were quick and efficient. I feel pretty and ready to show off these nails! ♂️

I highly recommend not coming here. I made an appointment and was running late so I called to let them know and I found out that my appointment had never been scheduled. I live an hour away so it was quite upsetting to hear that my appointment had never been scheduled. They were able to fit me in though, so that was nice of them. When I went to have my nails done the technician took off my old dip nails and after she had prepared the nails she started putting on acrylic tips. I asked her what she was doing and I told her I didn’t want tips, but then I changed my mind because it was only the second time that I’ve had my nails done so I figured I would try the tips. I said that I wanted them round to oval, she ended up making them Square. Since it was my second time I thought that she was going to end up filing them some more but before I knew it she said I was done and I was surprised so I just said okay and I walked away. When I look down at my nails to see how they look finished they were lumpy and crooked. I was not happy with the quality, but since they had found time to fit me in and I had to go back home to my children I did not say anything. My last dip Nails lasted over a month. It’s been 10 days since I had my nails done and now my left hand index finger nail fell off. This was a $60 job and I expected it to last as long as the last time that I had my nails done, especially since I had been trying extra hard not to tap my fingers or to get them excessively wet like I had before. They hadn’t grown out much and honestly they still look decent considering the shoddy quality of the original job so I thought that I could maybe go back and have them redo that one nail or you know give me a discount on a new job or something. Anyway, when I called they told me they can’t do anything for me because it’s been 10 days and I should have told them from the beginning that I wasn’t happy with the service. I was trying to be nice and not say anything but after them telling me they can’t help me I decided to write this review because I really feel that I was treated poorly from the beginning. I do not recommend coming here. I will never come here again. I really wish that they would have tried to do something for me because of all the bad experience that I have had.

Very busy on the day I came. I was seated within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I had the basic pedicure. There was some communication gap due to the person servicing me did not speak or understand English. However, another employee was able to interpret for her. Overall, my pedicure was done well.

They did an amazing job on my daughter’s nails!! I have never seen such attention to detail and craftsmanship. She came in with a picture on her phone of what she wanted and they turned out just like the picture!! It was a great experience!!

I understand that it’s getting to be a busy season now that it’s the full swing of summer in the northwoods but there was absolutely no communication on what was happening. A lady started my acrylic set and then just jumped to another customer. She didn’t bother making sure my nails were the same length before she started and now I have ended up with mismatched nails. Different lengths, not even the same shape, and not even covering my full nail.

I had a wonderful experience at Fashion Nails! The boutique is extremely clean and I greatly appreciate the safety measures they have in place. The service is top notch. I felt my comfort and safety was a top priority the minute I walked in the door. Additionally the nail technicians are fantastic; I love my manicure and pedicure. The shaping of the nails was uneven. The gentleman doing the manicure was not able to complete a French manicure in a dip. The pedicure got messed up twice and even after being fixed still looks poor. It was supposed to be a deluxe pedicure and I felt like it was cut short because there were too many other people waiting in line. Felt very rushed and not valued. This was my third experience there the other two were nice this one was awful.
