An absolute pleasure! Sun and Sunny are very personable and provide great work! The prices are phenomenal too. I had such HORRIBLE experiences at Nu Nails in Chardon and Expert Nails in Concord. I’m ecstatic to have found this nail salon and it’s only 5 mins away. I’ll continue to come back for services.

I was looking to find a new nail place, my other lady had moved. I called to make an appointment. I explained that I would be getting my nails done on my lunch hour. I made the appointment for the following day at lunch. I go in at 4 minutes until my appointment and I tell them I was there for an appointment. I was told to sign in and it would be just a minute. A lady did come up to look at my nails I told her I had an appointment also and she said it would be a minute. No problem, I needed to pick my color out anyway. There was a lady sitting in the front that was wrapping up with her customer. I told her I had an appointment as well. Another customer goes and sits in her chair and I again said I had an appointment. This lady never said she had an appointment, she just went and sat down. At this point it is 15 minutes past my appointment time and I was getting a little irritated. If you are not going to honor appointments, THEN DON’T TAKE THEM!!!!. Finally, I get called back and the lady was super sweet. Her work on the other hand is horrible. She did not clip the lifted acrylic, she did not clean under my nails when she was done and she completely messed up my polish. She had to do my thumb 3 times and it still wasn’t dry before she told me I was done. My polish is bubbly, has a fingerprint where I must have touched it after she said I was done, the top coat does not cover all my nails and they are uneven. I am not the type to complain but they look horrible. Now I have to find another place that will take an appointment at lunch time so I can get them fixed. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience.

I’ve had a lot of manicures, been in a lot of salons… never been so disappointed with the result, especially considering the price paid. Every acrylic nail on my left hand is crooked. Surprisingly the service took an hour despite the fact that cuticles were not touched and I had no acrylics/polish to remove. The woman was nice, but I will never be a patron of this establishment again. They charge the same prices as high end salons, but lack the customer service and quality associated with such salons. They need to either lower prices or do better work. Will be praying for a cancellation with a qualified nail tech to get my left hand fixed before the holiday. Very disappointing.

I went here for a pedicure to treat myself today and it turned out to be one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. The tech was rude really never said hello or asked if I liked the color and I was watching her and it looked like she was caking on the polish.

Very disappointed. I got a pedicure which end result was fine. Although I have concerns about cleanliness. The gentleman used his went gloved hand from my feet to dip into a jar of scrub which was almost gone. He had obviously used the same jar many times in the same manner. I asked for a manicure and thin dip on my natural nails. He used acrylic after me saying multiple times that I did not want acrylic. Said it was “the same thing.” It was applied messy and so thick. I asked for it to be removed. I then said to just apply a clear coat of regular polish. He put gel on my nails after me saying multiple times I did not want gel telling me “it’s not gel” although it stated clearly on the bottle it was gel. He then didn’t even set the gel with a light but then put a regular clear coat. Very strange. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I got a fill on Monday. Paid $54 gave a $16 tip and Wed my nail broke. Went to have it repaired and it actually was painful when he was filing it down. The shape looks awful as does the polish. I will never return here. I have never had a problem with my nails breaking until I came to Fashion Nails. Acrylic nails
