Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience EVER. An infant could have done a better job filling my nails. I have blue acrylic all over my hands, they appear to be shaped like the leaves on a tree, and they’re thicker than a stack of post-its. Im not sure if they intended to paint my moms toes or feet because the entire top portion of her toes are painted. They have spider webs all over the top of the door and the floor probably has not been mopped since they leased the unit. I have blue acrylic all over my hands, they appear to be shaped like the leaves on a tree, and they’re thicker than a stack of post-its. This place is terrible. Would not recommend. The guy started doing my nails sand was doing great until he had to shape them. Completely screwed up the shape and when I told him to fix it, he filed in the wrong places and made me bleed. He finally gave up and sent me to the woman to fix it which only made them worse. And she used dirty cuticle clippers on me!! Never coming back to this place.

Honestly I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my mother in today just to get her nails trimmed and painted. My mother is blind. The male started doing her nails and some how cut his finger. He then goes on to mutter how it was her fault! So then the female starts doing her nails. She gets three minutes in and starts yelling at my mother because she accidentally hit her nail on the fan. She couldn’t see where it was!! My mother gets very upset and just gets up and tells me to pay these rip off people. 15$ for just white tip paint!! You are a rip off place and will never return!!

Possibly the worst full set ever. I asked them to fix areas that were not filed correctly and they told me not filing the sides and underneath the nail will help it stay on longer (??) I tried to explain three times and then show the lady how I wanted them painted, but they don’t understand or speak English, so I am now home filing and painting my own nails.

If I could rate this a 0 I would!!! Took a hour to do my mom’s nails that normally take 30 mins everywhere else. Prices on sign don’t match what they tell you at register and they left us both with the crust under nails. I wish I could post a pic they look terrible.
