Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityStaff was rude kept answering the phone while doing my pedicure.. My mom stated we wanted a regular pedicure but I had wanted to look at different ones and the lady was rude as if she didn’t want to change it. I only stayed because this is where my mom normally comes. I will not be back again. Second time I have had bad service here. I found out after we left that the owner did my pedicure and I couldn’t believe it because not once did she speak and she kept talking to other lady. So sad that an owner would act like this. My mom stated we wanted a regular pedicure but I had wanted to look at different ones and the lady was rude as if she didn’t want to change it. 1st time visit and I will go back. Lanie did an awesome job on my nails!! She definitely knows her stuff. Took extra time to make sure my already damaged nails were healthy enough to add tips too, and then extra time to shape them perfectly. Lanie if you see this Thanks!! Seeya in 2 weeks.

Lani and her team do an exceptional job on our nails and feet. The friendly staff are amazing at treating you the best. They helped my 3 daughters, my husband and i get dolled up for our tripnto hawaii. They even stayed open late so my husband could get a pedicure after he got out of work late. Returned 3 weeks later and received even more great service. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks again lani.

Loved loved how the nails turned out. But the woman that runs the place is so loud and an obnoxious. I told them that the nail-bed needed to ruffed up more. She ASURED me, NO MY PRODUCT WONT DO THAT. In less than 7 days, I’m missing two nails and 4 more are loose. $55+tip and $35. Pedi. You go in. Suppose to be relaxing…right. Massage while your getting a pedi. But she kept almost screaming across the business at worker and customers. She was nice, just loud to the point of my nerves were on edge after the 5.5 hrs of being there. Not going back- #canttakeit

The people here are very nice but they rushed through doing our nails and both of us started losing nails within a week. Also got our eyebrows waxed but you could barely notice the difference and she was very sloppy with the wax, we both had wax on our faces in other areas.
