Amy & Jade did teamwork on my nails, which I found really great that they worked together. Super friendly and got me in the chair right away. I love this place. (Compared to MT nails where they can’t do hardly any designs or hard work at all.) I chose a semi complicated design, and Amy NAILED IT!! Pun intended.

I usually don’t give reviews but this deserves one. I call a day ahead to set an appointment to have a fill and a design. The Gentleman who answered told me that they didn’t have anything scheduled and I shouldn’t have a problem. The next day, I drove 45 minutes to get there, because it’s close to my Boyfriend. I walk in 5 minutes early, tell them my name and that I have an appointment for 2 pm. They looked at me like I had 10 heads. All the girls were busy. The one girl says it will be about 35 minute wait. Again, I said that I had an appointment. She said sorry. So I sit down. A little while later, I ask if they had Cat Eye. Again, the same clueless stare. That should’ve been my cue to exit stage left. A little later, one said.. no we don’t have magnet. As I sit there I notice how dirty the tiny room is and how sad the choice for nail polish was. No samples to show what they would look like on your nail. About 40 minutes later, I say… you don’t honor appointments do you. The lady said I sorry we real busy. After 1 hour.. I left. The day before I had initially called Regal Nails and at least they had the decency to tell me that they didn’t have any appointments available.

Fashion Nails i believe is the best around here, Amy is so talented, I remember going to other salons wanting holiday designs and they said they couldn’t do it, I haven’t seen anything Amy can’t do, I should’ve just stayed with her, I will NEVER go anywhere else again. Yesterday i felt a little rushed, so from now on i will make sure to make an appointment so i can have perfection, not saying my nails ain’t GREAT!! You can just tell she was slammed busy.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not go here. Half their massage chairs don’t work, they gave me a pedicure and the water kept draining. The nail tech had to keep adding water just to be able to rinse my feet. They were not clean at all. They reuse their equipment. Do not go here. Half their massage chairs don’t work, they gave me a pedicure and the water kept draining. The nail tech had to keep adding water just to be able to rinse my feet. They were not clean at all. They reuse their equipment. And after being there for an hour while they all rotated working on all clients in the shop, they informed me they didn’t have eyebrow wax after I called earlier in the day to confirm.

Initially I asked for a very specific design AND I showed a photo of what I expected… the man said ok, the design I wanted would have required clear acrylic along with some encapsulating of mylar… but he did all my nails with cloudy tips AND cloudy acrylic, then when it was time for paint I couldn’t get anywhere close to the design I wanted because he did not do the acrylic right…. however after this mishap, Amy stepped in to design my nails, it took her nearly 45 minutes and alot of glitter but I loved the outcome!!! Although the first technician definitely did not give me what I wanted, Amy really did a great job making something I loved out of the mistake!!! I’m sure I will return, but I will be requesting that only Amy touch my nails!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy sister, niece and I went on the 22nd of March to get our nails done I called around 9-10am that morning and asked them if they could schedule us at 12:30 for us to get our nails done. We got there around 12:20 and picked our colors and sat and waited. Around 1:30 we were still sitting there so we put our polish up and left. The one worker came out and said she could get us right now. So we said okay and went back in she sat us down started alittle bit and then walked away and then we sat there again for another 40 mins. The sad thing was there was other people doing walk ins that got done before us. By the time we left it was 3:30pm I wasnt gonna write a review but it’s only been a week and a half and our nails are already coming loose and falling off. Let’s just say we WILL NOT be going there again. I dont know how they thought it was okay to do that to us but it wasnt. They need to be more organized and professional about their customers.
