To tell the truth, I’ve never gone into Fashion Nails. I happened to be next door at Colonial Laundry Mat. But I can truthfully say that the people leaving Fashion Nails look happy and satisfied with the service they received, plus their nail look really nice from where I was sitting on the bench.

First of all no bag was used inside the foot bath-ew other than that my pedicure was ok. Second of all and most importantly the man who did my gel manicure literally took a tip( nail extension tip ) and chipped away/pryed off my gel dip manicure. I’ve never had that done EVER I have only ever had them soaked off. This experience is supposed to be relaxing and this was the farthest from it.. painful! now to the actual manicure- uneven and looks awful. Craters where there is no top coat… What a waste of money! I will never go back! And I NEVER complain!! Just disappointing

I asked for calloused remover and my heels weren’t even worked on! When I told her my nails look awful she just looked at me and then started to watch television! Very unprofessional! They were friendly and nice, but my nails look horrible. They are way too thick, and the edges were so rough and jagged that I had to file them when I got home. He also didn’t color my nails well toward the edges and the tips. The color is so far up my nail that it looks like they need to be filled even though they were just done 3 hours ago. I’m going to have to go somewhere else this weekend and get them redone. Ugh!
