There very expensive I paid $40 for just polished tips. The guys are very rough and hit my finger with the filer razor. But the place is clean and high classed but let a female do it.

I am highly disappointed with this nail salon. The previous owner Phoebee before covid was phenomenal but the new management is horrible. My husband took our 3 kids to get their nails done before vacation. They upcharged him for everything and quoted a ridiculous price of $25 just to put clear coat on my 4 year olds nails. When I called in to ask about pricing, the guy was very rude and condescending. He called me crazy before hanging up on me. I was at a lost of words! I didn’t know it was a crime to ask about pricing! My husband only stayed because they had already started his nails. He is highly upset with how they spoke to me as well as their service which is mediocre!!! To make matters worse, my son was really sad because he had to sit there and watch while he could not get his nails done. Stay away from this business because the new owners and management are out to scam our people and are highly rude!!! I really wish I could give 0 stars smh

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey made me wait 40 minutes to get a pedicure and then when one of them finished and it was my time they took somebody else and told me to wait another five more minutes. The nail technician refuse to take me because one time I asked her for a nail polish and she put the wrong color so I told her it was not the same color I asked her for. Some of them do not even speak English and just do whatever the heck they want . What I went through today was very unprofessional and I’m never coming back neither my family who originally come here to get their nails done.
