I came here to get a mani/pedi with my mom because we had to make a trip to the mall…so we thought why not kill two birds with one stone? Go to the mall and get our nails done since that was the plan for the day…so we did. We walked in like any other nail salon not even thinking about prices bc I mean, how expensive can a mani/pedi be right? Anywho, we were finally seated after picking out our colors we wanted and the ladies were already beginning our pedis & manis. We were asked if we wanted gel or regular nail polish and I replied gel for my pedi bc it dries quicker… they charge 20 DOLLARS EXTRA GEL! shut the front door! I wanted to walk out but we didnt have time to go someplace else. We ended up staying. The job they did on my mani looks like my little cousin did it after 3 days. My pedi looks decent but 20 dollars extra for gel?! I was expecting my nails to look fabulous after even just three days… The bottle of nail polish doesnt even cost that much. Please save your time and go someplace else that is worth your money and wont over charge you.

I got a full set and the woman was mad that she had to take off my old nails. She even tried to convince me to just get a fill. My fake nails were on for over a month. It was time to get a new full set. She made my skin bleed and she did not even sanitize it with alcohol! I could have got an infection! And to top it off, she didnt even cut my real nails down. She just glued the fake nails on. So my real nails showed, they were jagged. I was so disappointed and upset. She got mad when I didnt tip her very much. I found a much better nail salon in Capitola called Tracy Nails. Jenny is really great!

I’m shocked reading the 1 star reviews, my experience with this salon has been the very opposite! I’ve been to many different salons over the years and this one is certainly the best. The ladies are joyful and polite which is hard to come by. In addition they do a killer acrylic gel set. With the most impressive color selection, they deliver a flawless shape and a long lasting manicure. I’ll never go back to my old salon!

If only I could give this place zero stars. This place was horrible. Went in for a basic white tip gel manicure and the lady couldn’t do it. She kept saying “ I’m so sorry “ because the lines were so messed up and she was so messy. After almost an hour of trying on one hand, I asked her to please just do solid colors. Omg it looked like a four year painted them. I never complain so I asked the stranger next to me if I was over reacting. She looked at my nails and said those aren’t nice and shook her head no. Now being in the salon for almost two hours, I kindly asked the lady to please take the polish off. I didn’t want any of their services. She took the polish off with making 3 of my fingers bleed, it was painful. After she was done she insisted I pay $15 ( I’m not sure for what ) I told her if she thinks it’s fair go head and charge my card and she sure did. No one came to her rescue. Her co workers looked as if they weren’t surprised ( this must happen often ) stay away from this place!!!

I paid $47 for a mani/pedi with gel polish for the manicure only and regular polish for the pedicure and literally by the time I made it home the pedicure polish was off on two toes and I had to redo it. On top of the fact that what was initially done was sub-par at best. While the two ladies who did my combo were nice and quick, they did not know how to do nails.

I’m on vacation and since I was coming to the mall I checked the reviews. Despite half of the reviews being low I tried it anyway. The older lady with glasses who helped me wasn’t kind or happy; its easy to see she hates doing nails for a living. It’s a tight space and I had a stroller. They gave me and my baby dirty looks as if she bothered them but she sat in her stroller the whole time. It’s easy to tell when a nail tech is constantly talking about the customer.

Awful. First time I went, not so bad pedicure and the girl was very nice. Second time, horrible! The red haired woman was so rude, poor quality pedi and offensive. And the owner just stood there as she was so disrespectful to me in front of others! I would NEVER recommend this place. There are PLENTY of better and more gracious salons in the area. Go there instead!

[True rating 4.5] Overall good experience, but nothing out of this world. Fast service for walk-in. Looked clean. I got a pedicure for $17 and thought it was worth it.
