The lady who sits at the front is the absolute worst. Her attitude is disgusting. The only reason why I go here is because I’m loyal to Michael who has done my pedicures for the past 8 years. Unfortunately he’s not at this location anything and I have no idea if he’s at a new location or whatnot I just know when I went in for a service the lady dismissed me. She performed a service on me once and my nails were hideous!! It was so long ago I wish I still had the pictures when I returned the following day she acted as if she never seen me. If it wasn’t for Michael I would’ve never returned the the establishment.

I’m not sorry because I’ve been a customer here before. The lady in the front is really kind. However, I walked in and I was not greeted. The guy in the back immediately said we don’t have time for that. He was beyond rude. He didn’t even ask what I needed. The black community often supports this business and he shouldn’t treat paying customers like that. Unacceptable.

Long wait at times but you just have to know the right time to go (mornings work for me). Nails always last a long time and if they dont it’s because I’m the one who picks at them and messes them up. (Picture taken a week after being done)

This is by far one of the most unprofessional nail salons I’ve been to. Main lady sitting always in the front is very rude to customers. You come and it takes time for someone to greet you. They give a time and then they change it more then once. Very very bad attitude and so rude. I was there for an hour waiting when 3 people had to walk out upset. Someone came back to call the lady in the front the nasty things. Well deserved!
