Critical: ValueThe staff were very friendly but I feel we were over charged for the services and experience. I brought my daughter to get acrylics for her birthday. It is her first set of nails ever. She asked for the design from the round tip picture. We just wanted acrylics, I am not an expert in all the options but I believe we were upgraded to dip nails, which afterwards were not necessary and they didn’t have the colors she wanted, so I’m frustrated that we did not stick with our original choice in polish and a different nail type. We asked for two gel pedicures, a gel manicure and acrylic nails with the design pictured. I paid $250 for our final products and experience and we could have gone to any day spa in the area for the full experience for those fees. The staff were very friendly but I feel we were over charged for the services and experience. I brought my daughter to get acrylics for her birthday. It is her first set of nails ever. She asked for the design from the round tip picture. Great service. We came in as a walk in for 2 full gel sets and they got to work immediately. The tech who did my nails was slightly rough on my hands, but not too bad, and my friend said her tech was very gentle, so it depends. Either way the result was FANTASTIC and FAST. Love these nails. Will be coming here again.

I took my two daughters here yesterday. I asked if they had Halloween nail stickers and was told “yes, yes!” THEY DID NOT so in order to save the day I put black stars on my nails from a “fashion” sticker sheet. And put dog bones on my daughter’s toes and said they were skeleton bones, and put husky puppies on my other daughter’s toes and said they were wolves.

PLEASE do NOT patronize Fashion Nail & Spa In Fairport, NY the salon the owners are VERY racist! This is the second time that my child and I have experienced their rudeness. I have been a LOYAL customer for many years and I believe in true customer service, but this is the 2nd and LAST time my child and I will EVER feel disrespected and treated unfairly. Sorry to say but I thought racism was OVER!!! TWICE when we waited in the chair to be serviced (African-Americans) waited over an hour the owner told me we were next even had an appointment. This is the 2nd time a Caucasian women walked in and didn’t have to wait to be serviced they put them infront of us and didn’t feel bad about it. I’m sorry but I will not give my hard working money to someone that treats ppl like this, ALL people matter and this was totally inappropriate especially infront of my 11yr old child having to experience this and really wanted to get a pedicure. We both waited to get serviced and they treated us like we were NOTHING but my money was good enough to take on previous visits when knowone else was there to patronize their business. Please BEWARE !!!!!

I don’t get my nails done often, but the prices are fair and the technicians are always willing to squeeze you in for a walk-in. I’ve had many good manicures, but the gel is the best and lasted 18 days without chipping, and both my gel pedis lasted three months! Would definitely recommend.

Horrible! I called yesterday to make an appointment for 2 mani/pedis at 3:15pm. We showed up a few minuets early only to get rushed to pick out a color and then have a seat in the chair while only one person was available. My friend that went with me sat there for 40 mins with her feet soaking before someone came over to her. The man that performed my service cut me very badly. He cut me with the nail nipper, jammed the cuticle pusher on my toes and was super rough with the filer, filing my skin instead of the nail. He did the same with my manicure. A day later and all of the skin around my nails are sore, red and inflamed. Not to mention the horrible job he did with polish its self. One coat of color but 3 layers of top coat which dried bumpy with noticeable air bubbles. $60 later and I’m left with these horrible nails and what feels like an infection in my finger. Please stay away and pay a little bit more somewhere else for a better experience!
