Not going back. I had some really good sets from them a few years ago, but I just went and I’m so tempted to go somewhere else and get the gel nails removed. I literally brought in a nail in the style that I wanted, and they cut them too short and did the wrong shape. I didn’t even have time to say that they were the wrong length before they started cutting them. The left hand was uneven, too, so I started reshaping them. The long ones are what I wanted, and the short ones are what I got.

I didn’t appreciate how, as a black woman, they singled me out to pay before even receiving services. Whereas there were two white women who payed after receiving their services—mind you their tab was for $40+ and my tab was a lot less than that. Thought it was a bit prejudice and disrespectful. I only went here because my usual nail salon was closed, but I won’t be coming back.
