Decided to come here to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Over all the shop is clean and at first glance it appears the have professional staff however I was fooled. I was informed that they do not do “gel polish toes” so okay no big deal. I was asked to “pick a color” which I did and then sat at one of the nail stations and was rudely told no you can’t sit there. Okay but you need to learn manners was my response . At this time, I decided I no longer wanted the color I choses and asked the timid woman about “mood polish” and a specific design. She began my nails and then told me that she can’t finish because she don’t do designs and i have to wait for “him” at this point the rude man began to speak in his native language. The woman then says he don’t want to do your nails. I told him he is unprofessional and and ridiculous. Needless to say I would NEVER patronize here ever again.
