I love this salon! For years I suffered with breaking nails and itchy skin because of excema. Now my skin is soft and nails are strong because Yvonne suggested a teatment that works for me. Lynne and Yvonne take care of me. Everyone there is kind, professional, and highly skilled. The shop is immaculate and beautiful with the phrase written on the wall, “Life may not be perfect, but your nails can be.” Life is perfect when I get to relax in this Salon.

If you care about healthy nails… not the place for you…Horrible service ! Went in for SNS dip. It was my first visit and 45 minutes before closing. I asked if they had time and they excitedly agreed to do my dip on my nails. I sat down with the older Male as he proceeded to try to put a sharp object under my old dip and RIP it off. I told him that hurt and asked why he did it that way and he said that it’s the healthier way???!!! The owner came over to explain to me that was the only way to get dip off… no.. I’ve had dip for many years and soaking off is the appropriate method.. I asked to just pay for what he had started… two nail dip removal… they said $15…… take in mind removal via ripping off…. I kindly paid and left as he (Male technician) proceeded to talk….

I have been going there for quite some time now. I have never had a bad experience. The girls that have done my manicures and pedicures have all done a stellar job. I used to be a walk in, but now I make my appointment ahead of time. I never have to wait long for my appointment. Point being that they run on schedule!

I was given a gift certificate as a gift and brought my daughter. We both got manicures. It was her first time getting her nails done. I went to pay with my gift card and the owner would not not honor my gift card. She asked where I got it from and insinuated that I stole it because she said it was not filled out right? I had to pay for it and was furious. It was in front of the whole salon. So embarrassing. Never going back.

Zero customer service skills from -nikki- she was rude. The lady who gave me a “manicure” didnt seem very skilled. I ended up leaving with my nails all jagged and rough and my cuticules cut way to deep. The place looks terrible as well. I yelped it before i went in and there were a lot of 4 stars….. but i wont evet go back there again. 🙁
