Critical: Professionalism, QualityWORST SALON EVER!!I understand that every nail salon requires a wait time if there is no appointment made but this salon is very unprofessional. They tell you to wait and take people walking in before you. I was waiting around 2 + hours just to my nails done. There were 3 women that walked in and got taken care of before I did. I asked if they had an appointment and they didn’t. Once they finally brought me to my seat to start on nails, the technician got up and started helping another 2 women that had just walked in. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes and that is when I got up and left. I advise everyone to go to a different nail salon unless you want to wait 2 hours just to be disrespected. ALSO they do not put clean towels…all their towels are just used by the people over and over. Not a clean place!!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI use to go here when I didn’t know how nails should look and I was in middle school. Point is I went here to get a soak off and was charged $15! That in my opinion is way to much especially when I normally go and only pay $10. Her reasoning was because my nails were long and it took time. I can assure you it takes no extra time to simply cut the tips off as she did and POP THEM OFF WITH ANOTHER NAIL! I went there because I wanted it to be soaked off, if I wanted it to be popped off I would have simply did it myself and saved my $15! This was unprofessional as I told her that I wanted a soak off and she simply nodded and said “mhmm”. $ 15 is way to much especially if the nails were simply cut down and popped off, I would have had no problem if she soaked them off as I asked but for $15 that was most definitely a scam.I use to go here when I didn’t know how nails should look and I was in middle school. Critical: QualityI got my nails done two days ago and as soon as I got home one broke off when I was itching my back then I went to get it fixed the next day…then the same day another broke off when I was opening a water bottle and then next day at work one broke off when I was wiping something. And when I went get it fixed they charged me 5 dollars. Like how is it my fault. I got my nails done two days ago and as soon as I got home one broke off when I was itching my back then I went to get it fixed the next day…then the same day another broke off when I was opening a water bottle and then next day at work one broke off when I was wiping something. And when I went get it fixed they charged me 5 dollars. Like how is it my fault. About a week later my mother started feeling pain in her natural nail. When she took the acrylic off she saw she had NAIL FUNGUS!!! The nail techs often like to walk away from the customers and take care of someone else. They also cut my mother and my fingers about 2 times.
