I absolutely love going here! Gel dip nails are my new favorite thing!! They last they are always gorgeous and everyone there is amazing, and accommodating, so custom service is GREAT! I don’t know everyone’s names off hand but I highly recommend Tiffany (especially for intricate nail design she’s a great artist!) Amy is amazing as well! Those are the two names that stuck with me like I said they’re all great love this place!! My gel dip mani’s are always on point!

I asked for the first picture with purple and teal on my ring finger but they didn’t have teal so I ended up with the second picture. Cute design but terrible nails. Should have put I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt over three different times. Not happy. I guess if you get a “good one” (someone who knows how to create a good looking extention nail) you should definitely keep her. I found only one there but forgot her name because I went in after I had lost my daughter. If you just drop in, don’t expect a good job. I could have bought glue on nails and it look better than this. I guess I’m just used to getting GREAT nails in California. Does ANYONE do great nails in upstate NY?? So disappointed… Again. My mistake for giving them another try.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. These pictures are from earlier today, the staff is rude, they rush you out, and they do a horrible job when it comes to Nails. I also got a pedicure and eyebrows done, and those were fine, but nails are a no from me. Do not go. Period.

Worst manicures ever… I’ve gone here for years, hoping it’ll be better than the last time. I got ANC dip last weekend. I did not want tips, as my nails were a decent length. I thought that that they would shape my nails, but they did not. The girl was working on two other girls at the same time as me, hopping back and forth (and no they were not busy, I got there around 11 am, and at least 2 other workers were just sitting on their phones). I was cut by the dremel, started bleeding, and the girl continued to dip my finger in the jar of powder. Multiple nails were not done on the sides, and I have two nails with nicks in them, I pointed these out well before completion and the girl said she’d fix it later, and never did.

Nail salon is worth every penny. They are very careful and professional about what you need and courteous. I was suggested to use Gel Dip…it’s a powder dip nail polish. It is also a little pricey but the colors last longer than Gel polish and much more gentler on your nails. Love the staff, love the atmosphere, and love the work done. Mary was my nail professional, and she knows what she’s doing. Gel Dip best thing in town.

Went in there today to get christmas nails done, and all I wanted was blue nails with white snowflakes and on one finger a snowman they told me that was too much they didnt make my nails how i wanted them they were long red and had a present on my ringfinger. Had to go to another nail salon and they had fixed the length as far as the detail the nail polish was a gel red and was hard to grind off so ended up with red nails that I did not want and a design that I did not want. But at least I have my length… Thanks to a different nail salon.
