Honestly I went in there with high hopes and I came out disappointed, I asked for a french gel manicure and idk what I came out with the French is all uneven I still have the gel polish in my skin every disappointing WILL NOT BE GOING BACK Gel manicures

I have been coming here for 5 years! I love Sarah and Vincent!! They do a great job and are very cautious now after opening up during this pandemic. After over 4 months I was able to go back and felt safe!! I definitely recommend this place!!

The wait there is a long time, but it’s worth the wait all the staff is very sweet. Honestly one of the best nail salon I have been too the prices aren’t overly crazy and they do amazing work. Always respects what anyone wants and how they want it. Tells you everything before they do it and the prices for the service you want. All staff is very professional!

Not able to see you near the scheduled appointment time that you ask and confirm. I understand stand sitting beyond 10-15 minutes beyond the time agreed. More than 40 minutes is unacceptable. If you can’t see a person on time agreed, inform them. This give your customer the chance to make a decision to reschedule or sit. Don’t just leave your customer in limbo.

Been going here for 3 years now and JoJo never disappoints. Her shaping is the best and she takes her time to perfect the sides and the top. She won’t let you leave with something crooked or out of place and I love how she always understands what i’m trying to go for when I go in. Highly recommend this place, specifically her.

The wait time is extremely long other than that the place is clean they did an amazing job on my pedicure and the guy that did my nails I believe his name is Vincent did an amazing job I love my nails and I love the attention that he gave me he has great customer service skills. By the time I was done I wasn’t even upset any longer that I had to wait two and a half hours. My suggestion make an appointment before you go.

This review has to be broken down into two parts. 1. The nails themselves came out beautiful! the cut, shaping and color came out immaculate and for that I will give them 3 stars. My nails were done less than 45min (im praying they wont come right off) and again i do love the nails.
