Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery bad quality for $55. Some nails are pointing upwards, some oddly shaped, filed my skin where it bled, filed the nail polish after it was done being painted. The tie dye nails are supposed to be as bright/neon as my other nails. I also have several chips in my nails which I’ve never had this issue.Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going here for a little while now…I was charged $105 for a fill & pedicure & to have my daughters nails painted.I was told my fill & color was $45 & pedicure was $40. A fill has always been $25 with ONE color shillac $10. I didn’t get any design. so, $35. Where did the added $10 come from? & I was burnt several times…and them my pedicure… I was charged $40 for a $30 pedicure.My daughters nails are perfect. The woman did amazing and treated my daughter amazingly. She took it upon herself to add a design.. I am unsure if I was charged for this…. but if I was, I’d like to know why. I did not ask for it, we wanted simple nail color. Critical: Quality, ValueI went in to get my acrylics taken off and four of my toes had shellac on them, so I wanted those removed to. once I was done after 10 minutes they tried to charge me $20. I persisted to say usually a removal is $5-$10 anywhere else. never will i go there again for a $20 removalService: Manicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is great! The ladies in there are very nice and do a great job. I really enjoy my acrylics. They are high quality and feel nice. My friend recommended this place to me and I’m glad she did!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI am sad with the service i received. I went in for a pedicure appointment at 6 pm and they didnt start until close to 7. The lady who did my nails had messed up the nail polish on my big toe and tried rubbing it off then attempted to cover it by making it thick and lumpy. I asked her to please redo the one toe and she wiped it off didnt put a base coat, put on the nail polish fast and you could see the nail still through the coat of paint. Since it was past their closing time we felt rushed to leave, rushed to pay, to the point it was uncomfortable and our toes couldnt dry properly. Theresa wasn’t there which made me sad because when she is everything is top notch. If i do go back it will only be if Theresa is available.Service: PedicureI am sad with the service i received.
