went there today hoping to get a certain design on my nails, and they certainly delivered!! my nails are absolutely adorable and i adore them. i got a manicure and a pedicure, the total coming to about $65 but $25 more for the designs and gel which was fair considering i wanted the design on all ten fingers. the pedicure was great! they were gentle, kind and more than gracious when i was there a little bit past closing. i will include a picture of my nails once i figure out how lol but they were very nice and made sure i was more than comfortable! i am hoping to return very soon!

I got a refill on March 3,2022 right before the salon closed. I left and 10 mins later my nail chipped off. I couldn’t return because they where closed. Went back the next day they blamed me and said I had to wait a hour just to fix it. It was only one other person getting there nails done. Poor customer service tech takes smoke breaks in between doing your nails.

The manicures and full sets are TRASH because they never last and always break but KEN is Gem in this establishment. He is always professional unlike the other guy that does nails . I’ve been going to Ken for my feet only for 2 yrs and due to the other guy’s rudeness I won’t return. These businesses NEED to understand how customers service works before opening a shop because nail shops come a dime a dozen and when you get a loyal customer you show appreciation. So 5 stars for KEN if you need a pedicure and 0 stars for business as a whole!!

This salon is the worst!! People are kinda nice, but pushy if you allow them to be. The two guys there CAN NOT do nails. My nails weren’t filed evenly, smooth, or painted neatly both times I have tried them. Although the location is convenient, I’ll be driving elsewhere.

Never EVER again will I go here! The results of going some where other than my regular salon … So boom, I happened to be in the area and seen the 20% off. I decided to try them … Worse mistake of my life! I am extremely particular when it comes to my nails. He did a horrible job. I kept telling him and the more he tried to fix them. The worse it got, I just told him to finish up. I was ready to go. The same one to do my nails did my eye brows. He did a even more horrible. He was rough as hell, I was ready to punch on him. Smh… I highly recommend you guys stay FAR FAR FAR away as possible.
