My eye lashes were a hot mess. Piling glue on top of the lashes make the lashes look tacky. Understanding that this sometimes prolong the life of the lash (job) it gives the lash a heavy look. I didn’t notice until the glue dried and I was home. I guess you get what you pay for. A waist of $30

Went here and my tech was nice but did not listen to me when I said I wanted them super sharp. Not only that, but she seemed rushed like she was doing it as quickly as possible to get me out of there instead of focusing on my nails. The next day my thumb nail broke and 2 days later my other thumb nail broke! Absolutely ridiculous considering what I paid for it!!

I asked them if they do body wax and they said YES, I came for my appointment and the lady did not know at all how to even apply wax with the applicator. She took 40 minutes on one arm. I left everything in between and got out of there. My arm sting and had a very bad reaction right after 10 minutes. I have red spots all over. She did a worst job! IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING DONT SAY YES FOR EXTRA MONEY.

Love this place! They have had a few new owners over the years, but the new owners are great and their prices are great! Me and my daughter get our nails done at least once a month and we have tried a lot of places but always end up back here! They know what they are doing and they always take their time.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIf I could give zero star. Beware of this unprofessional people! The person I booked appointment with left to pick up his daughter. I don’t know what he said to other lady in their language. The lady started doing my manicure and completely took off my natural nail layers. Then she placed acrylic nails on top and they were uneven on four fingers. When I told her to fix it, she started getting loud and Told me my fingers are not straight! What it’s not like my first time getting nails done. I asked her to took all of the nails off of my nails. It look so bad and she ruined all my nails. I ended up going somewhere else and got my nails done. It took ONE YEAR for my nail bad to fix. Got my nails done and they were perfect except the one nail. In the salon I asked her to please fix it because I did not look right. “It will be fine I just have to sand it down”, she said. Not even 45 minutes after that my nail broke. Now I have to wait until tomorrow and get it fixed. They better not charge me for their mistakes!!

I had a wonderful experience here. My nails and toes look awesome and I am so happy they have SNS. I also decided to get my eyebrows done towards the end and I am glad I did because she really cared about how they would turn out. I wish I caught her name but will definitely be going back.
