I don’t recommend this place anymore. the girls who used to work there years ago are gone and though these new girls are nice, I’ve had to appointments where I’ve waited almost an hour and over because of poor planning for appointments, or not being there for an appointment they had scheduled. My experience was horrible. First they charged me for things I didn’t even get. My haircut was uneven and not what I asked. I got highlights and couldn’t even see a difference. Never go again!!!!! Haircut

It’s not the best, but also not the worst. There’s a solid stylist who I enjoy going too and getting my hair cut. I’m constantly in and out getting it cut and colored. Never had an issue with the process until today. I had a different stylist who failed to mix the bleach properly and thus causing it to process unevenly and dripped all over the place. I was left with discolored hair, while it was still the blonde. It was uneven and for the first time in the three or four years I’ve been there, I was left with burns. I hope this was a one time thing, cause like I said this was a new stylist. Over all it had been a positive experience minus this one time. It’s inexpensive and usually pretty good. There’s sometimes a wait even with scheduling an appt. But hey, that’s the same with every business!

I went to get a cut, after the manager (don’t remember her name) brushed my hair and put the brush on the counter, I noticed it had blonde hair in it, mind you I have dark brown/almost black hair. As a result of the dirty brush, I got lice. I called to speak to her and she was very rude. Her response was “oh no I wash my brushes I have to” I explained to her how dark my hair is and there was blonde hair in the brush. I told her she could expect a visit from the dept of health to which she said “go right ahead” I would expect a manager to be more professional, possibly say “mam we clean our brushes after each client” in an appropriate tone. The one stylist my son saw was great. However the owner and other staff were horrendous. On more than 3 occasions we went in for hair cuts and I witnessed the owner and other staff treat our stylist rude and disrespectful, as well as other customers. One particular incident I saw an older woman (prob in her 70’s) ask the owner to fix her hair a bit that the cut was a little too long for what she wanted. (She was a very sweet old woman) and the owner said “that’s what you asked for” very standoffish and rudely. – I was shocked. The poor woman!!! Another occasion the owner/manager woman (thin woman with straggly long hair) goes in and out of the back smoking her cigarettes and stinking up the salon like gross smoke. She is super unorganized and unprofessional. She screwed up an appointment for me another time. I am sorry but this business will be out of business soon. It seems like drug addicts run the show. The only pro is that it was inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. Buyer beware!
