The worst place I’ve been to. I had a girl named Candy do my gel manicure and pedicure and though she was nice.. she was horrible at her job. She cut my feet pretty bad… and tried to pretend I wasn’t bleeding. I paid an extra $8.00 for callus remover and she barely even scrubbed my feet the way it would normally be done at other nail salons. When it came to my finger nails she cut up all 10 of my fingers because she started a gel menicure and forgot to do a step that was required ( I had to point out missing step) to then have to file the gel nail color off my finger nails and making them raw and cutting up my Cuticles. She seemed not to care that that she cut me every time she put alcohol on my fingers. Needless to say, it burned pretty bad. Lastly, I had gel nail polish all around my nails on my actual skin and when I asked her to remove it, she literally took the cuticle nipper (nail clipper for cuticles) and started cutting off my actual skin where there was nail polish. I had to tell her I would deal with it so she can stop. Her managers knowing and seeing all these mistakes that she was doing didn’t even intervene and try to help her. I will never go back to this place… and I suggest you don’t either.

I’m definitely coming back! I came today and it is very clean inside and the staff is very friendly. I had Vicky do my nails and she did an amazing job. It is pretty expensive but it’s worth paying. My close friend goes here so I thought maybe i should go with my sister, lets just say I made a great decision.

I have very conflicting views. Depending on the person you could have an amazing experience or a terrible one. Today, after two years of going here because it’s close to home and the prices are great and the majority of the staff is amazing, I do not think I’ll be going back. Candy did my nails and she did a lazy job filing and a terrible job painting. If I wanted them to look like this I just would have done them myself at home. It feels like no one trained her and I’ve read other reviews about her and nothing has changed which does not make me feel better about management there. Then Candy waxed my eyebrows. Not only are they uneven but far too thin and she took length off of them. So now I look completely ridiculous and there’s nothing to fix because to fix them means to take off more hair. I cried in my car after it happened and when I complained they said there was nothing they could do. I will have to find a new nail place after today.

I USED to be a regular at fashion diva nails. Due to my latest experience I will never return. They are under staffed, and AMY has a a poor attitude. When I asked her nicely to fix my toe nails and re- file them after she did a poor job(before she even painted them), she had a tantrum and threw her file and walked away to go get her next client. The manager didn’t even apologize for her actions. I will never return. Me and mom were regulars here, I will no longer be purchasing gift cards for her either. Not worth the horrible customer service.

I went a few times the first few times pretty okay. However, I went today to get a powder manicure and the lady filed my nails so short and one nailed she filed so short and hard it started bleeding. She’s proceeded while acting like it wasn’t bleeding and when I looked at my nail since it was stinging she told me to put my hand back. She had also made my nails puffy and they aren’t flat or ever, they have bumps and dents in them.

Every time I come here I leave disappointed. I always get gel mani and they chip within a day. You can see light and dark shaded areas on my nails from the uneven coats (this always happens). I sometimes ask for three coats because of my previous experiences there but it feels like I bother them just for asking so it makes me not want to deal with them. They’re nice people but it’s a shame how terrible my nails always come out. I keep giving them a try after try because they’re near my house but unfortunately I will not be going there anymore.
