Ever since the new management occurred, I’ve been loving their services! I get gel and sometimes powder. I read the reviews and pics that was posted prior to mine and I think they were the previous set of employees. But now things are different! My gal is CINDY ❤️. LIKE she does my nails so well and they last so long! F*kn love it! The older gentle men that does pedi is so nice and sweet. He does great massages too! If you want acrylic, ask for LING!. I visited this location for the first and last time today. I’ve been getting my nails done every month since I was little and I’ve never had such an appalling experience. I went for a powder manicure with gel overlay and pedicure. Despite asking for a gel overlay repeated and even making it clear I was willing to pay for it, the technician continued to refuse to the point I thought it was best to leave. No point in paying for what you don’t want. I’d already observed another customer’s wishes being ignored and didn’t want to partake. At this point things went downhill. She told me it would be $62 ($50 for the nails and $12 for a massage). Other salons on the same street charge less for a powder manicure and regular pedicure done correctly so I did not want to tip on top of such a pricey bill for a service not done the way I liked. Feeling slightly bullied, I tipped $8 and walked out. However, feeling like this wasn’t appropriate business behavior, I returned and asked to tip $4 instead of $8 because I felt bullied into the previous tip. In response, the technician got the worst attitude and slammed the money back at me. Terrible service and not so great nails. Visit another salon on Mamaroneck Ave to get better service and better pricing.

Honestly do not go here , the lady did a horrible job I got a gel pedi , it looks so sloppy and they charge $50 for it and then begged me for a tip I only gave $5 tip .. this is not the place to go ! I’m sorry but not sorry and she had a very bad attitude . Idk how they’re still open !!

Critical: QualityDO NOT GET THE GEL METALLIC NAILS…I grew up in WP and use to love to go to this salon when it first opened. I moved to Manhattan and came home for a visit.I got a $45 gel on 8/14/21 on 8/15/21 my nails were chipping. I had to return to get them fixed. Let’s just say that the re-mix was worst than the original….Horrible job ..Oh and BTW they made me wait over an hour before they would fix their mistake and it was almost closing ti.e…sooo you already know they were rushing.I did not just walk in for a manicure…I walked in so that you could fix the mistake from the day before and as the pictures show my nails were not done well. Consistently the greatest place in White Plains for nails massages & waxing. I have been coming here for more than 10 years. Customer service is as perfect as is possible. Clarity about pricing ahead of time- they go above and beyond to make whatever service you come in for, the best by far. They have seen me through my terrible high school over-done eyebrow waxes, did my prescription nails when I wore fake nails& each pedicure is relaxing and wonderful

My first and last visit today. Friendly staff…I don’t know if she is the owner or the manager but she is overbearing with trying to sell the services that they offer. I got gel manicure, regular pedicure, a design on the each big toe, waxing and tint for my eyebrows with cost me $94. The gel manicure was not neat it was bubbly. My eyebrows were not even…I made them correct that before I left. I suggest you find another nail salon that takes pride in what they do. They know how to take your money real fast.
