Made an appointment . After I came Waited 45 min to get pedicure . While I was waiting water got cold . Asked somebody how long it will take . Nobody replied . Sitting 45 min to have somebody to do pedicure . When I asked if there is anybody that can answer to my question they started to roll their eyes and said we are almost done . Definitely this is last time I am comming here .

Horrible service, I made my grandma and appointment with one of the workers there, she’s gone in the past because she liked how she would be gentle with her feet, so time comes to take her @3O’clock and was denied the service because she just didn’t want to do it no more, I mean you make an appointment the other person should keep there end of the deal right. Vault did my gma wrong never coming back, she was arguing with her boss in front of her just made me mad and my grandma sad really sad

I went in to get a pedicure for my mother and for myself, got a new color for my manicure which was supposed to be 10$ only, each pedi was 18$, tell me why I payed 58$ total. I got over charged, not cool at all!

Bad communication. Has extra little charges they don’t tell you about. What should have been a little girls birthday peti turned into way more then the price I was given. Staff was nice.

I’ve come here enough to know who to have do my nails. There’s this older gentleman who’s not that great at pedicures so I tend to request only the girls do my pedicures. Be sure to clearly tell them which service you’d like because they’ll try to add all the things in without letting you know, this happened to me. What’s normal in a service varies from place to place so try to look at the description of the service before hand.
