I’ve been coming here to get my eyebrows done for years and I usually have a good experience but this time I feel like I got scammed. I had multiple punch cards that they said I could combine, so I had enough for a free threading. The lady who did my eyebrows said it was free but then a different lady who works there said I didn’t get the free one until next time. Doesn’t make any sense to me, when you have enough stamps you’re supposed to get the free one. I had more than enough. Price also used to be $16 but I got charged $18 this time. Definitely not worth $18 plus tip. When I first started coming here it was only $12. Crazy how much their prices have gone up for mediocre services.

My daughter went to get her eyebrows threaded today and she was charged $18 when the price online shows that they are $16. She even gave a 15% tip which made her total $20. Not sure why she got overcharged.
