I recently moved from north Austin to Kyle, so when it came time to find a new barber I hopped onto Google Reviews to check out salons in my area. Fashion and Elegance already has great ratings and I’m happy to add another 5 star review for them. Rita was exceptionally polite and professional. My haircut was fairly priced, done quickly and neatly, and the end result is better than I could’ve asked for!

Unprofessional, I made an appointment for color a week in advance they took my number and name. The day of the appointment they didn’t even bother to call me that they canceled my appointment because the girl who does color didn’t show up. My name was on the calendar with my phone number and the lady at the register said she would call or text me the day before to confirm the appointment time. When i didn’t get a call back i called the day of and spoke to the receptionist and she said the colorist did not show up those were her exact words. I was never given an exact time. That’s why the receptionist took my name and number and said she would call me the day before to confirm.
