This is the WORST place in the world to get your nails done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My daughter wanted to cry when she seen how horrible of a job they did. Nail glue everywhere. Cut her fingers too. They are very unprofessional. They said to come back another day to fix them because they had appointments but there wasn’t anyone waiting. We didn’t go back to get them fixed because they were so messed up. You have been warned. The Department of Public Health should check this place out.

Been here a couple of times now whenever I come down to SFV and let me just say that Sir Han Do did an amazing job helping me get my pedicure done today. Their staff is very friendly they each have a different personality and it shows. Their work building is always so clean, and the prices a very reasonable. I will keep coming to this place.

It is affordable more then others but don’t do good job because my toes and is 2nd time are not done properly and my gel finger nails fell off after 1 day and she left chunks gel nail polish on my fingers.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityStop in to get my two daughters and nieces nails done, had four different tech., and all four did bad work. Showed what we wanted and they said they can do it, but that wasn’t the case. Gel was lumpy and the nails started to come off on day two. Before I paid I let them know I wasn’t happy with the decal that my daughter got She didn’t even get the ones she picked because the tech., wasn’t able to remove the decal from the paper and had my daughter pick another one, and it look so bad, and the tech blamed my 12 yr old and told her it was her fault because she Changed her mind on the decal. I got there late morning, hardly any clients, hardly any technicians. Wasted 30 minutes of my 2 hour work break soaking my feet. The elderly man that gave me a pedi had shaking hands and didn’t do a nice job.

Very disappointed with both my daughter and my nails. We both went in and I believe the mans name that did hers was Tommy (from what I read on his receipt) my daughter asked for coffin it was such a crappy job. My daughter told him that’s not what she wanted but he said he couldn’t do anything anymore. Pretty much it was too late. Then he painted her nails and it looks like a 5 year old did it. My nails were done by someone else. I kept telling her my right hand was way thicker then the left and she just said (I’ll fix later, I’ll fix later) think I told her like 7 times but I don’t think she was paying much attention because there was another lady selling products and she was trying to negotiate. Finally when she fix them she then put the polish on and it was horrible. There was lint on them so I made her do it over. She seemed upset and continued painting while she still negotiated products. I was so upset that I didn’t want to pay but I did end up paying because I’m not like that. Once she was done she walked me over to the front for nails to dry and she even asked me if she can get my card from the purse so I can pay before she started doing someone else’s nails. ♀️ ♀️ If I could give 0 stars I would have. They are overpriced, unprofessional, rude. Never again will I go there.
