I used to go to the other nails places on Main Street but my manicures would never last more than 2 weeks. After going to Fashion One I will never go to another nail place again. They are fantastic! No chips or peeling up at all and I’m going on 4 weeks! I recently started going here regularly for a gel manicure. I used to go to the other nails places on Main Street but my manicures would never last more than 2 weeks. After going to Fashion One I will never go to another nail place again. They are fantastic! No chips or peeling up at all and I’m going on 4 weeks! When I declined they ask me to wait a little more to try to sort out their staff issues ( only 2 girls working). We were in town for a wedding and they got us all in last minute and even called in help so we could get out on time. I had the best calf massage of my entire life. They we’re so accommodating and polite. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I love coming here for manicures. My one complaint is how short handed it can be. I went there on Saturday (2/2/19) for a mani/pedi with my mom. There were two people working on two people. We were told to come back in half an hour. So we did. It actually was nearly an hour! When my mom and I were trying to leave one of the employees CHASED us asking us to come back. So we went to another nail salon down the street and got in no problem.

Coming from New York, where there are a dozen nail salons on every block, I have had many many mani and pedis. I commute back and forth now from New York to Old Saybrook and I decided to give Fashion 1 Nail Spa a try. Well, my expectations were high since I had many comparisons. Fashion 1 Nail Spa, exceeded my expectations completely!!!! I have been there 4 times now….and they have been the only ones I’ve been to in Old Saybrook and I have no intentions on trying anyone else!! They are amazing!!! I started with a rose spa pedicure and a gel manicure. They were both AMAZING!!!! So great, that Ive been getting them each time I go. My gel manicure seriously lasts for a month!!! Not a chip or a break ever!!! My nails are growing like they never have before and look just beautiful!!! The owner is so efficient and on top of everyone to make sure all her customers are getting the best treatment. Each pedicure and manicure ends with a parrafin wax treatment and my feet and hands are sooooo soft!!. Their pricing is unbelievably great!! Way better than in New York and the service alone makes them so much more valuable!!! I am a devoted and extremely happy customer and will never step into another nail salon again…..and believe me, I’ve tried many, but this one is the BEST!!!!

I’ve been to too many nail salons, this one is by far the cleanest, most efficient & pleasant salon by far. Price is average for a decent pedi but the quality is above average! Totally worth it!

This place is perfect! I love it. The staff are the kindest people I’ve ever met. Also I can’t believe how neat,tidy and spotless this place is. So by far best salon I’ve ever been to. I totally give it 5/5 star review!

Made an appointment 3 days prior for 3 of us, on phone didn’t even ask for name for appt had to ask her if she needed it she said ya ya. Showed up at appt time and they were all busy, asked what I needed said I had an appt. said pick out nail color. Then they all proceeded to work on the customers who had just got there before me from the looks of it, sat there and nothing, I got up and left went to a nail place right around the corner with no appointment and they got all of us in no problem.
