I’m so glad I found Farzana to fix up my hair. I got it straightened and then came back for highlights. Farzana is a true expert. She is very efficient and professional, and super easy to talk to. She followed covid protocols, disinfected the area before my appointment, and kept the door open. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Shes a nice person and is passionate about what she does. I respect that, but I got the Silk Smoothing treatment and I recommend NOBODY GET THIS TREATMENT. I spent 500 dollars to constantly have my hair in a bun because when its down not only does it not look nice at all, so much hair falls out its embarrassing. I pretty much spent 500 dollars to lose my hair. I spent 500$ for all my hair to shed at an unprecedented rate, I’ve never shed so much in my life. I’m constantly pulling clumps of hair out, hair is always on my clothes, hanging off my body, my hair is now so thin I’m trying so hard to not freak out and cut it all off. I mean its not just long hair, its my regrowth hair too, the shed is long, short, thick and thin strands of hair, its all my hair . So much that I felt the need to write this review so that OTHERS CAN BE AWARE . I have no idea what to do to make it stop. I will NEVER get any treatment in my hair AGAIN.

Her salon is bright, airy and spacious. The place was immaculate and clean. I’ve been going to Farzana for over 10 years. Farzana is friendly and caring- always offers coffee and tea upon arrival.She does a fantastic job on my hair! I’ve personally get cut,color and keratin treatments which always make me feel and look rejuvenated.She currently has her own shop which reflects the care she offers you as a client. It is a spa like experience. She offers other services such as extensions and wigs. And, her new shop offers the space and privacy needed. Centrally located in Los Altos with ample parking- what more could you ask for?! I highly recommend Farzana!!
