I trust Faron and only Faron to give me the most precise and stylish haircuts that suit my lifestyle and hair type. During the 26 years I have been going to Faron for haircuts, the two times that I did not go to her (once while I was out of town and once during the pandemic when I cut my hair myself), I regretted and immediately scheduled an appointment for Faron to fix my hair. My hair is thick and straight. Faron has the skills and techniques (using scissors, a razor, and thinning sheers) to give me various styles of haircuts, from short, precise cut to long cuts with layers and movement. No matter what type of style Faron gives me, it still looks good after a few months of growing out because the initial quality of the cut is excellent. Most important is that Faron takes the time upon my arrival to ask me questions about my current lifestyle and latest thoughts to come up with a style that is completely suitable.

I cannot recommend Faron enough. I came in with hip length hair and no idea of what I wanted, other than removing some length. I asked Faron for her opinion, and–after discussing some ideas–I gave her license to do what she thought was best. I ended up with a haircut that fit my personality, style, and face shape perfectly. Faron was great! I totally love my haircut, and we had a nice conversation while she was working, which I really appreciate. She is still requiring masks, but I’m not bothered by it. Plus, the mask doesn’t get in the way of the scissors, so don’t worry about that. I showed her pictures of my natural hair texture and an example of something I had in mind and she totally understood what I wanted. I also loved how she added a head massage when she shampooed my hair which was so relaxing. I will definitely come back to see Faron again for my next haircut.

Faron is an incredibly skillful, intuitive, and respectful hair stylist. I’ve been coming to her for at least 20 years and at this point I just trust her to do whatever she thinks I’ll like. Her haircuts are the best I’ve ever had and grow out beautifully. She asks me what I like about a particular cut and listens carefully. She makes it easy for me to maintain the cut (because I have no skills!). Faron is caring and her salon is a welcoming space for everyone. I’ve recommended Faron to multiple friends and they are all now regular clients.
