I came here for a gel pedicure and I am very happy. It’s already been two weeks and it’s going strong. Staff was nice and accommodating since I brought my toddler with me. The young gal who did my pedi was great from start to finish. Their prices might be a bit higher than other places but I would definitely be back. I believe gel pedicures are $45-$65.

Upon walking in, the staff seemed friendly. They expect you to kinda yell out what service you need. You can pick out your nail color from the back wall, or they give you a gel color set to choose from.

Worst experience ever! Never going here again. The service was completely terrible and overpriced for an okay job. The guy kept hurting my head and seemed annoyed whenever I said something about it. He also didn’t even get the nails right the first two times. I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone! Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give a zero review I would, I asked For a full set of dip nails.. first off the nail put on my pinky was broken and the lady fought me about putting a new one on, then my thumb nail was not fully glued on and when I said so the lady said it will be fine and refused to put another one on. once it was time to file I asked for square. they changed the people to file and my nails were filed at a complete slant. Once I brought it to their attention I asked for my nails to be removed because they did not look good and was then fought with about still making me pay and stated “it’s not my fault you don’t like them”. So I left with material still all over my finger nails that looked awful and made me pay for the service still. I never had customer service like this. i want to thank a very sweet woman who sat next to me while I had this rough experience in the salon asking the guy doing her nails nicely why I should pay for nails that I was not happy with. She then saw me upset in my car and gave me back the money I lost. I go to get my nails done here and the last 3 times I get the same guy. He does my nails to fast and I have to go back at least 2 times to get 3 or 4 of my nails redone cause he either puts to much jel polish on or does not allow them to dry fully cause I’m always having big bubbles on my nails. Not only that but he always burning my nails cutting my skin!! This place use to be completely awesome! Now it’s like rush rush every single time! I’m done with this place.

The worst service ever!!! My mother, sister and I came in for manicures and pedicures. We walked in a there was about two people getting their nails done so they asked us to set and wait. Which is completely understandable and of course we do not mind the wait. We are from Los Angeles so waiting isn’t a problem. We know can be a while. So while waiting two women walked in for a eyebrow wax and we’re tended to very quickly. We didn’t say anything cause it’s just eyebrow wax and that’s pretty fast. However two over women came in asking for manicures and pedicures as well and were tended to very quickly as well. We were there first. We mentioned it to the employees and just told us to wait. They were very rude and upset that we said something. They didn’t try to help us or even set us at a table to atleast prepare us for manicures or pedicures! We just walked out and took our business somewhere else. Hands down just the worst experience ever I would not recommend this place to anyone I would rather drive 3 hours down to LA to get my nails done then to come to this place again! Very disappointing!

I’ve been going crazy trying to find a great nail salon that isn’t turning out sub-par product for exorbitant prices. I read the positive reviews first and felt confident in coming here but was concerned by what I read in the negative reviews. My experience here was fantastic! My nails turned out beautiful on both my pedicure and manicure. The facility is clean and the tubs are sterile bag lined before use. The technicians are fast and efficient, careful, and courteous. I wasn’t inadvertently cut or hurt in any way. They listen to what you want and do their best to provide exactly what you ask for. I will love to give them my patronage again.

I went in there today because my mom stated that they did a great job with pedicures! After waiting fifteen minutes with about six chairs available for us noone even offered us a seat. Then when we got up to leave they still didn’t even care to apologise or offer us a seat STILL!! Sorry nail spa, we spent a nice amount of money today, but it wasn’t at your nail salon. Honestly the place we went to was much busier than they were and still got us seated and I truly enjoyed being pampered by my nail specialist! I wouldn’t recommend going here if you value your time, because they OBVIOUSLY didn’t value my time! It was my birthday today and I didn’t want to spend majority of my day waiting in a hot , and stuffy salon! This salon needs to value people’s time and at least acknowledge your customers waiting!
