The worst experience ever. The hair stylists don’t know what they are doing. They are so not friendly. Very rude. They messed up my hair 2 times and made my baby’s hair uneven and looking funny. And what is worse they over charged me without letting me know and didn’t want to finish blow drying my hair saying that she got tired and i have a lot of hair. Very bad very unprofessional

I HATE to give such a terrible review of any place, as it’s totally contrary to my nature to be negative, and I always try and see the best in any particular place, person or experience – but this almost feels like a responsibility to comment on the absolute WORST haircut experience I have ever had. The person who cut my hair couldn’t have seemed ANY more annoyed by me even just being there nonetheless having to cut my hair. I understand that the facility closed in an hour, and that she was likely eager to get out and go about her life – but that is absolutely no excuse for the total lack of any hospitality or kindness, the sheer, undeniable feeling of a total rush job, and literally refusing to listen to anything I said with regards to the style of hair that I wanted. My haircuts are simple, easy, and had she of actually listened to me instead of eagerly tapping her foot and watching the clock I may have left with a decent haircut. Instead, I left with a horrific example of what any haircut should never, ever be and not only extremely unhappy and dissatisfied but feeling utterly ripped off and like this otherwise great day has just been completely soured. Never before have I witnessed or experienced someone who was so incredibly bad with a paying customer, nor have I ever witnessed someone so eager to do a horrible job and let someone leave so unhappy so that they can leave. Honestly, it was the absolute worst haircut I have ever had, it was an equally miserable experience which left me unhappy in almost every possible way. They never once listened to what I wanted or what I asked for. They did EVERYTHING I asked them NOT to do. At one point the woman cutting my hair was literally just chopping blindly at my hair in no organized or professional fashion – as if she was Edward Scissorhands. In sorry to say that I ever stepped foot into this establishment nonetheless actually PAID them to do the absolute worst job I’ve ever had done, and had I of known I would have left feeling so incredibly unhappy with what they had done, I would have rather of gone ANYWHERE else in the world. Coming here was a HUGE mistake and I am seriously kicking myself with immense regret after my experience here. My suggestion would be to seriously consider looking elsewhere for a salon. You can’t undo a bad job, especially one this bad. 05 and that’s being generous.

I usually don’t like to write bad reviews but this place has THE worst service. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady messed up cutting my hair and got mad at me for being concerned about the fact that she messed up. They don’t know how to cut hair or treat people right and after doing a horrible job they blame you for their mistakes. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a business owner. All the bad reviews are legit and the good ones are either paid or family/friends of the owner.
