I have had a number of therapeutic massages with Lila. In every case, as the massage ends, I have had a positive experience. Prior to the most recent massage I had, my shoulder and neck were in spasm. Lila knew exactly which muscles to work, and upon completion of the massage, there was a wonderful cessation of the spasms and pain, and the sense of relief was dramatic. I would strongly recommend Lila’s expert skills to anyone. Lila will gear the massage to your unique needs. I might add, her personality is an added bonus….I always enjoy carrying on interesting conversations with her, as she works.
