Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI made an appointment over the phone yesterday (I’m pretty sure with COVID they aren’t doing walk-ins at the moment) for today at Noon and I got my hair cut and highlighted and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Vivian is a wonderful woman who makes sure you’re comfortable and she does excellent work! The salon isn’t too big inside but its a cozy little shop with a welcoming feel. I definitely will be going back for toner and future hair cuts! I made an appointment over the phone yesterday (I’m pretty sure with COVID they aren’t doing walk-ins at the moment) for today at Noon and I got my hair cut and highlighted and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Critical: Professionalism, ValueBought a groupon for my wife and tried to make an appointment. Woman on the phone said there would be extra costs for long hair. Doesn’t say anywhere on groupon about extra cost for long hair with the keratin, haircut and blow dry. Woman told me she didn’t have time to discuss it with me on the phone. Took my business else where.
