Just got a haircut here today with my cousin, since she has an appointment. Better to make an appointment prior your visit because they are really busy but, owner was really nice to let me get a hair cut even though I just decided last minute lol. I really enjoyed their service! I got a wash and hair cut and I love how it turned out. Plus their price is very reasonable. The man who did my hair did a great job and the owner was also really nice to my cousin and I. My cousin had highlights and haircut done and the owner was so patient to do it. Would definitely recommend this place!

Never have I ever seen someone who is so rude and unprofessional in my life before. The owner was at my service and I told him what kind of hairstyle I wanted in very detail. It was extremely simple as well, I just wanted to cut my hair shorter than it is now, maybe 3cm, like, that is it, just a simple length change. Then he kept saying that he cannot do it and he needs a picture, without a picture he is not able to cut my hair. It’s just ridiculous. He also kept asking the length I want, like a #1 or #2, #3, #4, which, for a customer like myself, how should I respond to that? Then he said “take your phone out and google it.” After that I was already annoyed, not only he can not follow a simple instruction but he became the most unintelligent “barber” I have seen in my life. After I decide to take my leave, he also said “get out of my store” word for word; so rude, and so unprofessional. It was the most terrible experience I had in my life in a salon. If 0 star is an option, I would clearly give a 0/5 stars. Avoid this salon at all cost for your sake.

I have thin/fine asian hair, half my head is wavy, and the other half is straight. We worked out a 3-month plan and a new shampoo. I can’t wait to come back to show him my hair progress.Service: Hairstyling

So embarrassingly rude. The hairstylist was unnecessarily rude and short on the phone, and when I showed up in person he made a joke about how I should shave my head and winked at a man waiting while doing it. Rude, rude, uncomfortable as hell. I walked out because why would I spent my next hour or so with such an uncomfortable presence. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
