Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo I made a nail appointment at 12:30pm and I had fell asleep and realized it was 12:25 so I called the place and told him if it was okay to still come and he said yes so I called before to verify. I get there and they were both working on other people’s nails which is fine I was patient and respectful and this other lady was there for a 1 o’clock appointment. She got seated before me and I still did not say anything. Once I was finally seated at 1:15pm all he did was drill my nails a little bit and then continue to work on the other ladies nails he stil has not finished. He then tells me how he’s going to be late for his next appointment asking me to come back at 6 because the nails I wanted were going to take some time. After I made appointment I understand I was 8 minutes late but I called for verification to make sure it was okay before I even left my house . It took him about 45 minutes to even seat me. I then explained how I would just get a regular color and the lady that works there started talking Chinese rolling her eyes yelling at making faces. They both started to ignore me as I explained to them my concern. They kept ignoring me and he kept working on the other girls nails. I will never go back there again. Talk about customer service also being unorganized as 2 individuals run a business. Wasted a whole hour of my time on a Saturday which is literally my only day off. So I made a nail appointment at 12:30pm and I had fell asleep and realized it was 12:25 so I called the place and told him if it was okay to still come and he said yes so I called before to verify. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this salon on the recommendation of a family friend. I made an appointment for a mani pedi. It started off fine, and I thought she would follow through the remainder of the pedicure, but she did not. She left a lot of ‘toe crust’ for the lack of a better name. I could have done a better job at home. I understand they have to abide by a guideline, but basic cuticle and under nail goo removal is a must. That is what helps the toe nail to grow properly and be healthy. I wanted gel, to last longer for an upcoming trip. I picked several colors / processes and was told by the technician that it would NOT look good. I finally picked a color that was similar to the color I came in with. When she was finished, there was still nail exposed and she said I used three coats. I watched her, she dabbed the color on instead of 3 smooth strokes. Then blamed me for picking the color. Needless to say, I didn’t stay for the manicure, I had to leave and come back, because they only take CASH. I went to this salon on the recommendation of a family friend. I made an appointment for a mani pedi. It started off fine, and I thought she would follow through the remainder of the pedicure, but she did not. She left a lot of ‘toe crust’ for the lack of a better name. I could have done a better job at home. I understand they have to abide by a guideline, but basic cuticle and under nail goo removal is a must. I had a shellac manicure ..within 30 min the shellac was lifting on the sides. Quick but sloppy. I went back the next day to get 5 nails with shellac polish replaced only to have the other 5 come off by the end of the day. The gentleman helped me this time..super nice..he tried to explain i have no nail tips so it has nothing to grab onto, don’t pick it..but it was the sides that lifted. I had a shellac manicure ..within 30 min the shellac was lifting on the sides. Quick but sloppy. I went back the next day to get 5 nails with shellac polish replaced only to have the other 5 come off by the end of the day. Positive: ProfessionalismI sent my daughter to get her nails done here for her wedding and she didn’t quite specify what she wanted but she’s not a very vocal person so that’s not really their fault. Anyhow, she left disappointed so I called and let them know it wasn’t what she wanted and they very nicely had her come back and fixed her nails for her wedding ❤️ I feel they were very professional and treated my daughter very well which I appreciate since I was in another state at that time and couldn’t be there with her until the day of her wedding. I sent my daughter to get her nails done here for her wedding and she didn’t quite specify what she wanted but she’s not a very vocal person so that’s not really their fault. Anyhow, she left disappointed so I called and let them know it wasn’t what she wanted and they very nicely had her come back and fixed her nails for her wedding ❤️ I feel they were very professional and treated my daughter very well which I appreciate since I was in another state at that time and couldn’t be there with her until the day of her wedding. I definitely recommend them ❤️
