The hair dresser is good but the Manager was so loud and never stop talking. She should respect the customers and refrain from talking to the hairdresser while working on customers. The manager was rude and annoying, they should replace her with someone who has manners. I used to go there like 4 yrs. ago, it was so hot during that time , and she refuse to turn on the a/c. She was saying things I don’t understand because it was a foreign language, I never came back since then.

I went here for the first time and hopefully the last. There was a woman so loud talking every second and first she told me gel manicure $25. After sitting down I observed on the wall the price was $22. I questioned her and she mumbled something and said she had to take off the old gel on my nails. What a scam artist. Then she felt so false cause she lied, she said “ok you give me $22!”

Haven’t been here for over 3yrs. Came by to get a pedicure and ended up getting my hair colored and cut by Philip to. I have fine hair and my hair was down to my waste. I haven’t been able to find a hairstylist since my stylist moved 4 yrs ago. I finally found someone who knows hair! I get so many complements and so hally with the results.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst, the manicurist got surprised when I told her I wanted to get my nails trimmed – uuuhh, my nails were obviously so darn long! She sort of insisted for me to get gel manicure. Secondly, when it came to buffing my nails – they we’re almost OUT of the supply they use! The nail tech had to search and ask the other nail techs for it! She said they don’t use the nail buffer anymore that’s why they barely have it, and so she did what she could and of course – my nails didn’t get the shiny buff I wanted to have. Thirdly, the manager – Sandy (who used to be my mom’s go-to-hairdresser), charged me $19 instead of $14 like what they posted on their wall. She said it’s coz I asked to buff my nails! I’m like, it’s not even shiny coz you ran out of supply! I even showed her my nails and she insisted that it was “buffed”!Whatever. I just paid their $19 and I left. I still gave $3 tip. I changed my mind on having my deluxe pedi done there. First, the manicurist got surprised when I told her I wanted to get my nails trimmed – uuuhh, my nails were obviously so darn long! She sort of insisted for me to get gel manicure.
