Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease do not go to this place, I asked for a full balayage and the lady not only ruined my hair, but she expected me to pay full price. I wanted my hair to be done exactly in the picture, but when she finished it was purple, silver, bronze, and yellow. It was unnacceptable. If she couldn’t do what I asked for she should’ve said she couldn’t do it. Also, I asked her to fix my hair because she ruined it, and she made me pay. Absolutely unhappy that I gave her 160 to ruin my hair, and pay for her to fix it. I am never coming here again. Awesome place! I’ve been to many hairdressers and used to drive to downtown Scruples, Mario Tricosi and so on until I found this place. YASMIN is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever had and I’m so happy Fantasy Hair is close by my house. Beyond expectations!!!

Went there for a haircut and they didn’t awnser. the phone 20 minutes before close so I went quick and they closed locked the doors turned off the lights and left 15 minutes before the store said they were closed . When asked for a manager they acted as if they didn’t understand me and walked away . Never going back here btw internet said there open till 8 they closed at 7 -we’ll 15 minutes before
