Absolutely thrilled with Fantasy Cuts from the moment I called them to the finishing of my hair cut. Their phone customer services is amazing which makes a big difference nowadays. Easy to get an appointment and very clear pricing. Salon is very clean, active and a steady stream of customers. Lana took the time to really ask and understand what I wanted with my haircut and as a senior, it is important to have someone invested in making me feel pretty and helping me improve my haircut. She layered my hair perfectly and even gave me tips about hair care. There are so many choices for salons, but Lana is a star. She has been in business a long time and it shows in her expertise.

The overall experience was fine it was the end result that I did not love . They are very polite very welcoming but I did not like the result of my daughters haircut. I ask for 2 inches to be cut only half inch was cut which I’m glad. Hair is not cut well as you can see on picture. This was my first and last time coming to this place. I do not recommend this place!

This place is good. My whole family comes here and they are always nice. We have always had good haircuts. The only thing is that the wait can be really long. For 1 haircut with nobody waiting ahead of us, only 2 people in the chair already, it was a 30 minute wait. I had tried to make an appointment but was told they don’t take appointments. So if you come here be prepared to wait. If you’re short on time I’d recommend going somewhere else, or maybe call and ask what the wait time is.
