I went into get my hair trimmed before work and I asked for 2-3 inches to be cut off. When I left I knew my hair was WAY shorter than I wanted it to be (my hair was past my waist line) but the damage was already done, I didn’t want to be rude so I tipped 25% and left. When I got home I realized how insanely choppy and crooked my hair was. I texted Alyssa Faith who cut my hair and she said that I wouldn’t even be able to come in until the following week for them to look at it. I asked for a refund and to talk to the manager to which she ultimately said they would not give me a refund and that the manager would reach out to me in another week (2 weeks after my original appointment). I have yet to hear back from either Alyssa or the manager and it has been over 3 weeks since my hair was originally cut and Alyssa has ignored me several times asking for contact information to a manager. I’m so disappointed because I loved how long my hair was and I have never had an issue with just getting a trim.

I love this place!! I only go in for a haircut, but they offer so much more. Cut, color, curl nails and so on!! Clean and quiet, you can tell this place is run with genuine love and high quality integrity. It rests in a very convenient location with free parking. Located just south of downtown Westerville, its close to home for me and im very lucky to have this place around!!
