I have been going to Betty for years. I went to her asking for like an auburn ish color. Showed her a picture. And I ended up being there for 5 hours and not getting the outcome I wanted. I ended up getting charged $130. $80 color and another $50 color. I thought this trip to her would be fast and cost at the most $100. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and haven’t heard anything. I feel like a carrot. My hair is pretty much orange which isn’t what I asked for and I’m not happy at all and I’m really disappointed

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI Would give 6 stars if I could, I initially was calling around after having a hair dresser cancel on me twice. Anywho within the half hour they were available. I wanted to go from blonde to a rich copper and I showed a few pictures of the hair color I wanted and I honestly would have been happy with a color in the same ball park as the one I wanted but she got the exact color I asked for and even gave me tips on maintaining the copper shade. I Would give 6 stars if I could, I initially was calling around after having a hair dresser cancel on me twice. Anywho within the half hour they were available. Betty did an amazing job taking care of my hair after a different salon went out of their way to avoid fixing my hair. They said the color I wanted wasn’t possible and Betty had no hesitation taking me in. Charming, confident owners and nice atmosphere, hospitality to the max. Betty also uses amazing products and takes pride in using more natural products to help with healthy hair, she will also tell you what everything is so you aren’t left wondering what is really going in your hair. You will go to this salon and leave having gained new friends, beautiful and healthy hair.
