Walked in for cuts today. They took us immediately, but I feel like the stylists were having a contest to see who could cut hair the fastest today. My 8 year old wanted a shoulder length Bob with bangs, but the guy refused to cut her bangs and just kept telling her to grow them out. He never did cut her bangs. We just got his opinion about how she shouldn’t cut them. Only one of my 3 children got their hair washed, yet I paid $25-$28 for each haircut. Their website says a haircut comes with a complimentary shampoo. I will now have to make an appontment somewhere else to have my daughters hair fixed and bangs cut. Their hair looks “fine,” but it’s definitely not worth the $120 we spent.

I scheduled a 11:00 am appointment to dye my hair today and when I came in both ladies said they couldn’t help me with my hair and suggested I go else where. They mentioned that although they do color, it is not their specialty. I have never went to a scheduled appointment before and have been told to go else where before . I am disappointed because i was looking forward to my appointment today.

My daughter and I walked in for hair cuts and they were able to take us immediately. All I’d the hair dressers were very nice, talkative, and made our visit a pleasure! They had a list of services and prices that made it easy to choose what we wanted done. The cuts were well done and the checked in with us continually to make sure it looked like we wanted. An excellent visit!

Carmen gave me the best haircut of my life, it was a simple buzz cut but she did an amazing job! Took her time asked me what I liked. Gave me advice. Usually everyone I’ve been to does it in 5 min and it looks weird she took at least 20min cornering, sizing and examining. She is a pro! I’m a male not sure how she is with girls but I’ll never get my hair cut anywhere else! Amazing shampoo too!

I never thought I would be that guy who only let’s one person cut their hair, but now I am. Nati, has been cutting my hair for probably 8 years now. I call ahead to make sure she is there, if she isn’t I will become a sheepdog waiting for her to come in. I’m sure some others can cut it fine, I’ve been going there for years, they’ve seen me enough but I still prefer a Nati cut.
